The Blum’s frame their own homes. David and his crew spend several days in the initial stages of framing to make certain the first floor deck is completely level and square. David graduated with a BA from the State University of New York at Buffalo and also took several graduate classes in Architecture. Jeffrey graduated with an accounting degree from the State University of New York at Albany.
